5-07-10 – Public Service Announcement: Chattanooga Housing Authority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Host Homeownership 2010 Initiative Seminar
The Chattanooga Housing Authority’s Neighborhood Networks Program and the Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. are hosting the fifth annual DST Homeownership Initiative Seminar for first-time homebuyers. The event will take place on Saturday, June 5, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at CHA’s central office located at 801 N. Holtzclaw Ave. Homeownership/financial expert Lori Jones Gibbs of North Carolina will be the keynote speaker.
First-time homebuyers will have an opportunity to speak with mortgage lenders, realtors and nonprofit agency reps about available homeownership assistance. The seminar will also include a catered luncheon.
