The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide contractor services to replace approximately 17,000 linear feet of 6 and 8 inch sanitary sewers at Emma Wheeler Homes.
Sealed bids, in duplicate, will be received at the Central Office of the Chattanooga Housing Authority, 801 N. Holtzclaw Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404, until 2:00 pm, June 15, 2010, when bids will be opened and read aloud in the Board Room at the above address. Bids must be submitted as instructed in IFB.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held for interested bidders at Emma Wheeler Homes at 10:00 am, June 1, 2010. Meet at the Emma Wheeler Homes office, on Edingburg Drive.
Bid packages may be obtained between the hours of 9:00 and 4:30 from the office of the Engineer, Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon, Inc., 1110 Market Street, Suite 200, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Bid packages will be available beginning Tuesday, May 25th for a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. CHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bids.
