The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform annual fire alarm system tests and inspections at 3 high-rise sites: Mary Walker Towers, Boynton Terrace, and Gateway Towers.
Proposals, in triplicate, will be received at the Central Office of the Chattanooga Housing Authority, 801 N. Holtzclaw Ave., Chattanooga, Tennessee 37404, until 4:00 P.M. EDT Thursday, July 19, 2012. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked “Solicitation #O-600-00, Request for Proposals for Fire Alarm System Tests & Inspections.”
CHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in the proposals.

Proposal documents may be obtained between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from the Procurement Department at CHA’s Central Office address above, or from CHA’s website.
