CHA SOLICITATION #D-602-21
CONTRACTOR SERVICES FOR RE-ROOFING
AT CROMWELL HILLS APARTMENT ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide contractor services to re-roof the administration building at our Cromwell Hills Apartment site located 3940 Camellia Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Sealed bids, in duplicate, will be received at the Central Office of the Chattanooga Housing Authority, 801 N. Holtzclaw Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404, until 2:00PM EDT, Tuesday,
July 31, 2012. At this time a public bid opening will be held and bids will be read aloud. Bids must be submitted as instructed in IFB.
Bid packages may be reviewed at the following plan rooms:
Associated General Contractors, Chattanooga, Tennessee
Chattanooga Builders Exchange, Chattanooga, Tennessee
McGraw Hill Construction Dodge, Chattanooga, Tennessee
Bidders must register on the Bid List at the office of SRR & Associates, PC, 1027 M. L. King Blvd., Chattanooga, Tennessee. Bid packages are available for a non-refundable printing fee of $50.00 at the office of SRR & Associates, PC, and will be available for pick up on Monday, July 16, 2012. There will be a Pre-Bid construction meeting on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 2:00pm and will be held at the Cromwell Hills Apt. site located 3940 Camellia Drive. The Project Architect is S. Reginald Ruff, III and can be contacted at 423-266-0163. CHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bids.
