The Board of Commissioners, the governing body of the Chattanooga Housing Authority, will not convene in open session on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. at the Central Office of the Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA), 801 N. Holtzclaw Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404, where and at which time and place, said Board of Commissioners will discuss business as may lawfully come before it. Please note: CHA Regular Board Meeting has been canceled.


The CHA 2027 Annual Plan Public Hearing has been changed from September 29, 2026 at 11:30 to October 6, 2026 at 11:30 at 801 North Holtzclaw Avenue.

Immediately following the Public Hearing the Board of Commissioners, the governing body of the Chattanooga Housing Authority, will convene in open session on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. at the Central Office of the Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA), 801 N. Holtzclaw Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404, where and at which time and place, said Board of Commissioners will discuss business as may lawfully come before it.
