We enjoy providing resources and important information to our residents! 

 

WHAT WE DO:

 

• We connect residents to existing services and resources in the community.

• We support our residents in building support networks within our communities.

• We encourage our residents to be proactive in meeting their economic, physical and long term family goals by engaging in activities that lead to independent living.  

• We provide access to training that helps entire families to meet individual goals in life.
